All hotel reservations require a one night, NON-REFUNDABLE room deposit.
This deposit does not guarantee your room if you do not check in on your confirmed arrival date.
Any reservations that are not checked into on their confirmed arrival date will not be reinstated and there will be an additional night charged to the card on file.
To avoid an early departure fee, you must advise the hotel at time of check-in.
Rates are subject to all taxes, currently the New York State sales tax rate is 8.875%, and the New York City Hotel Room Occupancy Tax rate is 5.875% plus $2.00 per sleeping room, as well as a $1.50 special tax per night.
Cancellation of additional room nights (not the entire reservation) without penalty requires notice 72 hours prior to arrival, otherwise additional room and tax penalties may apply and will be charged to the credit card on file.
Any changes to your hotel reservation may be done on this site up until 72 hours prior to arrival or by emailing lacey@stagedrightevents.com. All change requests are subject to room availability.
