Resort Self Parking: Self-parking is complimentary for all Wynn guests, subject to availability. Self-park garages are located off Las Vegas Blvd.
Resort Valet Parking: $40 per day up to 24 hours (no grace period, no re-entry). Non-registered guests are charged the applicable daily fee each time they use valet parking and have no re-entry privileges. Prices may be higher during special events.

Bright, neutral décor bathed in light from floor-to-ceiling windows is the hallmark of the Wynn Resort room. A bathroom with oversize marble bath, separate shower and water closet includes thoughtful extras like 13” LCD TV and plush terrycloth robes. A bedside console charges your phone and controls lights, draperies and privacy.

In addition to the nightly rate/taxes/resort fee, the hotel requires a pre-authorization hold of $150 for each night stay. This will be charged to the card presented at check-in.
Resort Fee: $25/night plus taxes for Nareit guests. The resort fee entitles each guest to the following items:
- Access to the fitness center for two people
- In-room internet access: four devices per room
- Unlimited local, domestic long distance and toll free calls
- Printing of boarding passes
- Access to more than 5,000 national and international digital daily newspapers and magazines
- Priority access to Wynn nightclubs for tickets purchased through Wynn Concierge

What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is at 3:00 p.m. and check-out time is at 12:00 p.m.

How do I cancel my reservation?
Cancelling your conference registration does not automatically cancel your hotel reservation.
All hotel reservations require a one night, NON-REFUNDABLE room deposit. This deposit does not guarantee your room if you do not check in on your confirmed arrival date. Please email [email protected] to cancel your reservation.
How do I change my reservation?
Changes to your stay must be done at least 72 hours prior to arrival, otherwise additional room and tax penalties may apply and will be charged to the credit card on file. All changes must be emailed to [email protected] and are subject to room availability.
Is smoking allowed in the room?
This hotel has designated smoking floors. There is a possibility that they may assign some guests to a smoking floor.
Please email [email protected] to request an non-smoking room if that is your preference. The hotel will do all they can to accomodate all requests.
How can I pay for my stay in advance or provide a credit card in advance for all charges?
If you wish to have your stay paid in full, (less incidentals), by a corporate card, you must fill out a credit card authorization form at least 72 hours prior to arrival. Please note that a credit card is still required upon check in for incidentals.

Hotel Reservation Policies
All hotel reservations require a NON-REFUNDABLE room deposit equal to one-nights’ rate plus taxes.
Cancellation of additional room nights (not the entire reservation) without penalty requires notice 72 hours prior to arrival, otherwise additional room and tax penalties may apply and will be charged to the credit card on file.
Any changes to your hotel reservation arrival or departure dates must be emailed to [email protected] at least 72 hours prior to arrival. All change requests are subject to room availability.
In order to reserve a hotel room within the Nareit negotiated group block, you must first register for the conference. If a hotel room is reserved, but the individual is not registered for the conference, the hotel reservation will be canceled, and their advance one-night deposit will be forfeited.
The advance one-night deposit does not guarantee your room if you do not check-in on your confirmed arrival date. Any reservations that are not checked into on their confirmed arrival date will not be reinstated and there will be an additional night charged to the card on file.
To avoid an early departure fee, you must advise the hotel at time of check-in.
