You must be registered for the event to reserve a room. If a room is reserved and the guest is not registered, the hotel reservation will be cancelled, and deposit will be forfeited.

What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is at 4:00 pm and check-out time is at 11:00 am

How do I cancel my reservation?
Cancelling your conference registration does not automatically cancel your hotel reservation.
All hotel reservations require a one night, NON-REFUNDABLE room deposit. This deposit does not guarantee your room if you do not check in on your confirmed arrival date. Please email info@sreconference.com to cancel your reservation.
Are pets allowed?
Yes pets are allowed. There is a $75.00 non-refundable fee, 75 lbs maximum weight and up to 2 dogs only. Additional fees may apply for any damage.

Hotel Reservation Policies
All hotel reservations require a NON-REFUNDABLE room deposit equal to one-nights’ rate plus taxes.
Cancellation of additional room nights (not the entire reservation) without penalty requires notice 72 hours prior to arrival, otherwise additional room and tax penalties may apply and will be charged to the credit card on file.
Any changes to your hotel reservation arrival or departure dates must be emailed to info@sreconference.com at least 72 hours prior to arrival. All change requests are subject to room availability.
In order to reserve a hotel room within the Nareit negotiated group block, you must first register for the conference. If a hotel room is reserved, but the individual is not registered for the conference, the hotel reservation will be canceled, and their advance one-night deposit will be forfeited.
The advance one-night deposit does not guarantee your room if you do not check-in on your confirmed arrival date. Any reservations that are not checked into on their confirmed arrival date will not be reinstated and there will be an additional night charged to the card on file.
To avoid an early departure fee, you must advise the hotel at time of check-in.
