Hotel Reservation Policies

All hotel reservations require a NON-REFUNDABLE room deposit equal to one-nights’ rate plus taxes.

Cancellation of additional room nights (not the entire reservation) without penalty requires notice 72 hours prior to arrival, otherwise additional room and tax penalties may apply and will be charged to the credit card on file.

Any changes to your hotel reservation arrival or departure dates must be emailed to info@sreconference.com at least 72 hours prior to arrival. All change requests are subject to room availability.

In order to reserve a hotel room within the Nareit negotiated group block, you must first register for the conference. If a hotel room is reserved, but the individual is not registered for the conference, the hotel reservation will be canceled, and their advance one-night deposit will be forfeited.

The advance one-night deposit does not guarantee your room if you do not check-in on your confirmed arrival date. Any reservations that are not checked into on their confirmed arrival date will not be reinstated and there will be an additional night charged to the card on file.

To avoid an early departure fee, you must advise the hotel at time of check-in.

All parking costs and room rates are subject to applicable state and local taxes. Currently, applicable taxes, are currently at 16%. Taxes and fees subject to change without notice.

The Atlanta Marriott Marquis is located about 12 miles north of Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport.

Driving typically takes 15 to 25 minutes depending on traffic.

This hotel does not offer a shuttle service. The airport offers the Super Shuttle, a taxi, ride share service, or rent a car.
